1HD-FT running on?

A weird thing happened today ! switched the ignition off and the engine just kept running for a few seconds no spluttering or coughing just like the ignition switch had a delay in it, doesn't seem to affect in any way just feels weird turning the key and nothing happening straight away.

Any thoughts / ideas would be great.

Were the headlights on? Sometimes my 1HZ wont turn off with the key, but when I turn the headlights off ,the engine stops (as long as the ignition is off).

Think it might be the solenoid anybody got a part number ?

Had a fiddle and found a bad connection thanks all.
