Hey guys,

I'm selling my 1997 Lexus LX450 with 226K'ish miles on it after removing some of the parts I had previously built it up to because I lost my job and needed the money, unfortunately. I'm asking $6,000 obo for the truck with the below mods. For someone wanting to build a great trail rig on 39's-42's, this is the perfect beginning of a truck with a lot of high dollar mods already installed and ready to go. I daily drive it, and have since I bought it, which it's fine for, outside of the gas mileage. I need to get a prius to save money, so if anyone has a used prius, let me know what you have, and maybe we can work out a trade.

1) 5.29 Gears Installed
2) Stock Tires & Wheels
3) Fenders are trimmed (37's clear with no suspension lift)
4) Custom front and rear bumpers partially done (remaining tubing to complete them for cost of material)
5) Sliders partially done (remaining tubing to complete them for cost of material)
6) CDL Switch & 7 Pin Mod
7) Roger Brown 2" Body Lift Installed
8) Custom Raised Exhaust & Muffler for Clearance
9) Brake Controller - $250 New
10) Landtank Seat Extensions
11) Slee Offroad HD Tie Rod & Drag Link
12) Slee Offroad HD Ball Joints
13) Longfield Chromoly 4 Piece Super Axles
14) Marlin Crawler HD Inner Axle Seal & Knuckle Service Kit

Hey Chris, it's not advisable by any of the chromo venders to run chromos on a daily driver. They wear out very fast. very fast.

However, the chromo shafts F&R is what I'm looking for. I'd be happy to send you cash and my factory shafts/birfs as replacement... PM me if you think this may be a deal. Heck, I'd be tempted to come up one weekend, bring Brett and matthew, and do pull the fronts for you, while you and them watch.

I'm fine with selling the shafts assuming the truck doesn't sell first. Someone on here is asking about the whole truck, so we'll see if he's serious or not. If he is, I'm not gonna hassle with any of it and just sell it as is. If he falls through, you're welcome to whatever on the truck that makes sense for the both of us.

I can't believe nobody has snagged this truck up yet...I'll never build one up again that's for sure. I'm losing my ass at this price, and still nobody wants it. I've had a few inquiries, but nobody has come to see it yet.

Hey guys,

I've had a few inquiries, but nobody has come to look at the truck yet. So, the last weekend of the month, I'm going to pull the tires/wheels and the Slee 6" lift off the truck and sell them separately. So, whoever wants them, let me know, and I'll make sure they're ready to ship at the end of the month. If you don't think my prices are fair, make an offer, but don't waste my time with a lowball offer. I've got over double what I'm asking for this stupid truck, and for folks to lowball me even further is pathetic. So, if you want a good deal, let me know, and we can talk, but only after you see and drive the truck.

As far as the truck goes, I'm going to take it back to the stock tires/wheels, and also remove the rear chromo axles and sell those separately, as well, since they're pretty easy to remove. As far as the fronts go, they'll go with the truck, since they're not worth messing with to remove them. Of course, it will still have the 5.29's in the axles, the fenders are trimmed(I'll make sure to take pics of the truck with the 37's and no lift on to show how much room you have), and everything else that can be sold separately will be. I can't afford to sit on this truck anymore...I haven't decided what I'll sell the truck for minus the lift and wheels/tires, but even if I sell off the lift and tires/wheels, winch, axles, etc separately, I'll have a truck I can sell to someone cheaper and be ready for you to finish it off the way you want to.

Nice wheelin vids... probably more than I'll ever do. Hope it all works out. Feelin' the slow work scene job thing myself. Hang in there, do what you can and trust God for the rest. I have to remind myself to do this but haven't starved yet and doors open all in good time.

To anyone else on the fence with this stuff Chris is selling.... all i can tell you is get it before i do... get it before i do...
Come February... I'm driving up to see him and handing cash over for parts.... you better buy before then...

that's next weekend? hmmm. Looking at the calendar and i don't see anything....
this is a possibility... and if you still decide to part with the superset... PLEASE, i want them... and got the parts to replace them. I think at this point that's the last thing you have that i need.
