Just bought a 200 so I'm afraid my beautiful, rust free 80 needs to go!
I bought this '97 Collectors Edition last fall with 215K on the clock. It was well cared for by its previous owner in North Carolina, but needed some maintenance and personality - which I dove right into and have enjoyed very much. When I tested the waters on selling this truck last spring I received an offer of $17,500 but the timing wasn't right.
I've done all the maintenance she could possibly need and also added a slew of creature comforts including bluetooth audio/phone, cupholders, phone holder, leather heated seats and lots of other small details.
Services from McIntosh Imports to get it ready for another 100K miles.
Fading paint on PS Rear Fender Flare
Occasional rainwater leak onto pass side floor (not sure if sunroof drain or windshield surround)
CEL turns on and off occasionally due to the pesky EGR valve
Dime size ding on rear lower liftgate
Ding in rear of roof and taped up area under rear spoiler - doesn't leak.
