1996 Emissions label???? (1 Viewer)

I have a buddy that got a 96 a little over a year ago and since has had to recently smog it here in California for emissions. They are failing him for #1 not having the emissions decal under the hood, and # 2 for one of the cats not being original. The smog guy said that the front one is original, but placed in the back or something like that. Idk how he is able to verify it without the correct emissions label???? first step would be to source that. Does anyone have know where we can sources the correct 1996 under the hood Emissions label /sticker? He said he tried Toyota and all the usual cruiser parts retailers : wits end / Cruiser corp / cruiser outfitters. Any Help would be greatly appreciated!

11298-66040 is listed in the parts diagrams as emission control information for the OBD II 1FZ

Check out CARB for the correct aftermarket part numbers. That's what the smog guys are checking, just the numbers stamped on them.

You should not fail for a missing label, it is NOT required.
