1994 toyota pickup check engine light

First time on here bare with me guys, I've got a 1994 toyota pickup with a 22re about 30,000 miles on rebuilt motor, code throws for ait fuel mixture it's got a new egr, o2, and pcv if makes a difference. I also have an obx racing header with extention tube where the o2 goes in it, no cat just muffler. I am losing oil but don't see a leak or smoke if burning it so if anyone can help please do thanks.

Also new maf and sparks plugs and made sure all the vacuum hoses was plugged up right and no vacuum leaks.

Pull your efi fuse out for a bit then put it back in and see if it throws the code again.

I've done that and pulled the negative lead off for and reconnected it the

My bad new to this... Light don't come back on instantly but if I drive a lil bit it comes right back on

If your o2 sensor is normally downstream from your cat, then without a cat is may be reading way rich exhaust. John
