Have some friends stuck up in silver thorn with a 93 minitruck, he says that it was running fine, stopped to get gas, went about 20 feet after they got gas and it died, he says that it cranks over, its also getting spark, he thinks that its a fuel delivery problem. any ideas?

See if it has fuel pressure at the engine. If it doesn't, first check fuses associated with fuel injection and fuel pump. Then check filter. If thats not it then it could be fuel pump. Those are a pain to change unless you have a body lift so hope its not that.

4 or 6 cylinder? Find out if it sputtered then died, or if it just droped like he turned it off... If it sputtered, then it's probable a fuel issue, if it just turned off, then probably electrical.

If it was the fuel filter, they usually show signs of being plugged up at higher RPM's first... So that's probably not it. (Lucky for them!)

Just reread... If they have spark, sounds like it's not an electrical problem... Tell them to crack the banjo fitting at the cold start injector (pass side of the upper intake on the 3.0, and the drivers side of the intake on the 2.4) hld a rag over the fitting and crank ot over, if a good bit of fuel sprays out, then pressure is probably fine... Then I'd look to the injectors, or the injector wiring.

The blue circle is the cold start injector on a 22RE:
