1992 P/U V-6 Cold Start - Help me diagnose this.

I've got a 1992 4x4 P/U with a V-6 that runs great however I've been having a problem lately with it I can't figure out. When I start it up cold it idles fine but when I try to give it gas it wants to hesitate. After the initial "revving" up past a cetain rpm it is fine from then on. Also, if it is hot outside it will not do it.

I have replaced the fuel pump (still under warranty), and rotor button and distributor cap so far and it did it again. This morning I let it warm up a long time to operating temp and no problem. Anybody had this happen? Suggestions?

I have the same issue with my truck,a guy i know who works for toyota it could be my TP sensor haven't had a achance to replace it yet and find out my issue been ongoing for a 100k miles now it gets worst when it sits for a long time.
