I am debating selling my FJ80 for several reasons. It was just involved in rear-end accident and sustained approximately $3,500-$4,000 worth of damage to the rear bumper, tail light, tail gate, and rear quarter panel. Vehicle was not totaled or given an economic loss. I have estimates from two body shops documenting the damage. There are a few other cosmetic issues with the vehicle that were there before I purchased it. Still runs great and I am currently driving it.
The Good:
No rust anywhere.
Paint is in incredible shape.
Only 91,000 miles.
Drives really great. Has been my daily driver since last summer.
New tires put on last month.
Interior is in great shape.
No price listed because I'm not sure what the market is for a damaged vehicle. I'm not in any hurry to sell. Still haven't decided whether I will keep the FJ as a farm truck or repair it and continue on my way. I garage my vehicles and detail them monthly. Absolutely sick about this one being hit.
