1990 door panel removal

I have it all apart, but it seems to be hung up on the door opener. I removed the screw and it just don't move. Help please....... Thanks

pull the handle out a little, remove the single short little screw, be careful not to drop it. You have to slide the little surround piece backwards, there is a pair of hooks that you need to get unhooked. Once you get it unhooked, gently pull it out, there is a little "catch" thingy, you need to pry it off the metal linkage, then pop the entire hande off. Assuming you have the rest of the stuff off and the panel is unsnapped from the door, lift up and it will come off.
