1989 FJ62 Mystery Vacuum Line?

I have looked and looked at the vacuum hose diagrams, but can't seem to find where this one goes. The diagrams only show the first 2 (from the front) on the top of the air cleaner housing...unless I am losing my marbles. Where does the third one back go? The one I am holding. Thanks for your help.

I think that one goes to the top of the distributor cap, for venting of the distributor
should also be another line from the cap to the firewall

That was it!!! Thanks! I am taking it in for a smog check (in California)...fingers crossed.
