1988 Toyota Pickup engine question

I have a 1988 Toyota Pickup with 22RE. When you give it gas it sputters for about 5-10 Sec then takes off. I have changed the fuel filter, plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. Nothing is fixing itjust wondering if anyone has a clue what is going on.
