I had dreams of building a Vortec powered FJ60 built for family camping and rock crawling but the CA smog nazis are making it near impossible. At this point I am at a cross road of whether or not I want to keep fighting the fight or just sell it and cut my losses to build something else that is smog exempt in CA.

Quick Specs:
1986 FJ60 originally from Washington.
2001 5.3 V8 Vortec from a Chevy Silverado, was told it has approximately 140,000 Miles on the motor
C&R Racing radiator with 2-speed fan
C&R Racing transmission cooler
4l65e Transmission with deep pan
Winters/Art Carr shift with custom base for easier shifting
Atlas II Transfer case with 4.3-1 gears
FJ60 front axle with hysteer and 5th stud upgrade. 5.29 gears open
FZJ80 full float rear axle with 5.29 gears w/ Powertrax no slip locker, disk brakes
FZJ80 master cylinder
Almost brand new 37" Mickey Thompson Baja Claws. The spare has never seen pavement
FJ62 fuel tank modified to accept chevy in tank fuel pump and sender.
All fuel lines have been redone in PTFE lined -6 AN braided lines.
Chevy 63" rear springs SOA in the rear
Chevy Tahoe 54" rear springs SOA in the front
Rear shocks Bilstein 7100 series
Heavy duty rear driveline
What it needs:
Front driveline needs to be lengthened. I have a long slip driveshaft for it.
Bumpers
Sliders need to be built
Needs a Stereo
Driver rear window regulator track for bottom of window
Front shocks and towers, currently OME.
Located in Loomis, CA
Asking 14K obo - lowered to 13k
I plan to keep working on it and may adjust the price accordingly based on what progress is made.
Also is someone is to buy it, I will work with them on tuning the motor to their liking and deleting and system they wish. I have HPtuners with a purchased VIN.
