Where is it titled? FL does not have front plates - looks like a front plate on your vehicle.

Good job picking that up. Looks to be a Vermont tag. I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about, Vermont and Tampa are only 1500 miles apart.

A Canadian truck would have small vents in back.
