Someone enlighten me on what these wires go to please. 1981 Harness, everything I have works. I don't have a radio!?

First clip looks like a horn relay to me or a windshield wiper spray unit.
You should find the correct wiring diagram and look at the color codes, for a 2 wire plug, 4 wire plug, and maybe an 8 wire plug

If everything works with that many open connections - someone re-wired the rig with a new harness or something
