1980 Diesel Toyota Landcruiser
980 BJ41, Japanese only model. Toyota 2B diesel, 4 speed with 161,XXX KM, with a brand new Cylinder Head. Right hand drive legally imported with current California registration. 24 volt electrical system, A/C, front disc brakes, Warn wench, on-board air compressor, 24 to 12 voltage drop for stereo, OME Dakar lift, shackle reversal, 33” BFG tires (I have five stock rims & hubcaps with like new 31” BFG’s) Original interior with rear jump seats, hand throttle, spray in bed liner and sound deadener, had a partial re-spray and the Clear coat on hood and passenger fender is pealing. Small dent on driver’s side rear quarter panel.
I have put approximately 80,000KM since I have owned it. I have replaced the water pump, A/C pump, rodded the radiator, new glow plugs, and other misc items, most recently a new cylinder head (the head was pulled to replace the head gasket and discovered cracks between the valves), I used this mainly as a daily driver and for expedition type of trips through the desert, never abused.
Also included is a custom made off road trailer, spring over with 31” BFG tires.
I have a stock roll bar not installed (did not originally come on this model), spare starter, spare alternator, stock AM radio, extra misc items, and shop manuals.
