1980 2F Distributor Cap Woe's. Changing Spark Plug Wires and the distributor cap is ruined trying to get stuck coil wire out.

I was doing some preventative maintenance changing my plugs and wires and could not get the coil wire out. It finally came out but ruined the cap in the process. What if any are my options. Thanks...

I bet you can work the leftover end of the terminal out of that socket; small needle-nose pliers, roll it in on itself, it'll come out.

Thanks but I kept working with it and now the cap is ruined. Have to look for other options.

Think I've got a spare cap, but you'd have to buy the dizzy too...
