Thanks Matt but I already have the hose from cityracerllc.com I need the sleeve at the top of the hose. I tried wraping it but it's not as good as the sleeve. I think it protects the hose from abrasion from the lower radiator hose. I was just hoping someone had one so I could move on.

What about a hydraulic hose wear sleeve? They are available in several different styles and almost every size imaginable.
