1977 Axle Breathers (1 Viewer)

Guys, this is correct for the front and rear axle breathers for stock 1977 FJ40:
Toyota PN: 90930-03019

Is there a gasket that goes with it?

I can verify that is the correct part number for our 1970. On ours, anyway, it didn't have a gasket, but only a M10 lock washer.

FIY: Rear axle housing & differential for Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40LV - Auto parts - https://toyota-usa.epc-data.com/land_cruiser/fj40lv/3685/chassis/4101/42110C/ shows that for 1977 the part number for the breather cap is 90930-03023. That part is apparently NLA. I'm not sure what the difference is between 03023 and 03019.

Mine also was just a lock washer front and rear

I replaced mine with metric plumbing barbs (brass), installed hoses with hose clamps, and ran the hoses up to a high point under the body leaving slack for suspension travel. The plumbing barbs have a tapered thread so they fit tight. A cheap hardware store fix.
