Selling my 1976 rolling-ish frame, Engine (which is probable no good, got water in there) Transmission, Transfer case, axles, etc, and title. I've had it for about 20 years, stripped the rust body and got busy with other things. There is some rot on the rear frame but not too bad (see photo). It is titled with 75000 miles (not sure if that matters).
