1975 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40 - SALE PENDING

SOLD

1975 Toyota FJ40 - This is a STEAL at $3150.00 . . . it had over 10K in it when I tore it down to re-do the body and install the TBI engine

I have too many projects, and no time, or inclination to complete this one any time soon. Completed, this FJ40 should easily be worth 10-12K, even in today's market.

This FJ40 has numerous modifications:

Chevy 350 - Throttle Body Injected (TBI) - Police issue motor w/ roughly 8K on a rebuild
Aluminum (Be Cool) radiator
Downey bellhousing w/ Centerforce 2 clutch and new throw out bearing
Specter Off Road V8 Headers (needs O2 sensor installed)
Con-Fer Auxillary gas tank, giving the rig a 37 gallon total capacity
Saginaw Power Steering with shackle reversal
3" Overall suspension lift
32x11.50R15 GoodYear AT/R's (90%) on American Racing AR23 15x8 Aluminum rims
Vintage Air - air conditioning system
Professionally installed custom carpet (insulated)
NIB - Cool Cruisers headliner, SOR tail lights, SOR door seals, SOR hood hinges, OEM mirrors, OEM bolt sets
Recently purchased $200 vehicle cover included

All body work on - Doors (4), Fenders, Grille panel, Windshield frame has been completed, and are primed
Body work on Tub (minor) and Hood (just sand and paint) still needs to be completed
Wiring harness for engine needs to be installed, but is already modified for the FJ40 (Engine and Harness were in my '67 FJ40)
Chassis has roughly 60K original miles. According to the previous (2nd) owner, it had 43K on it when I bought it
All parts included

Vehicle cannot be driven, please bring a trailer. Can deliver on I70 corridor in Western Colorado ($1.00 per mile)

Price Update - bumped the price slightly after 14 hours of work completed... much less work for whomever buys it!

I spent all weekend removing all of the surface rust, as well as welding in the necessary metal in the rear corners, and completing the body work to make the corners pristine.
All unprotected metal (except hood) has been primed.
Fenders and grille temporarily bolted in place, and hood set on.
Interior cleaned, and parts organized.

Also found a newly recovered dash, various new door window(s) trim pieces, and new windshield gasket which will be included.

Will post new pictures of the body tomorrow
