Seeing your trailer lights, my old Auto Shop Instructor never even bothered with lights on his trailers. He had one set of Tow Truck grade magnetic lights that he just moved from trailer to trailer as needed. I made my own using oval LED truck tail lights and their mount grommets and angle brackets, some rare earth magnets from McMaster.com, and some SOOW 4/14 extension cord. I used adhesive lined crimp terminals for all of the junctions and covered all of where I had to cut back the cord jacket with 3M 130C self-fusing splicing tape.
Nice. I did actually buy lights, but gotta make time to put them in, wire, etc. To many irons in the fire.

I sourced some oem style lights for under $50.

Added a bed mat. It was 8’x6’ so I had to cut to fit. Lots of work, but happy with it.
