TOYOTA LAND CRUISER with 1974 body (Dec 73 Build). Clear Kansas title in my name.
Solid daily driver that reliably starts (new starter), drives straight and brakes hard. A lot of work has been put mechanically and cosmetically, overlaid by a brilliant vintage patina. Car is 98% EOM.
BODY AND EXTERIOR
Roof railing has been sealed. No leaks and dry interior.
Rear side panels and tub was replaced and welded to spec (new old stock). Surface rust on the frame has been hit with neutralizer and lanolin protectant/inhibitor applied to underbody. (see exterior spots on driver and passenger fender and two pencil sized holes above passenger step).
Rear half-doors bottom 2 inches are corroded, like most, but operate without issue. Replacements are in stock via CruiserCorps.
Exterior paint and patina maintain a nice shine.
Upgraded headlights (have the original)
Windshield hinge-mounted side mirrors (upgrade).
MECHANICAL
Engine Bay is impeccably maintained. All fluids replaced fall of 2021 (engine, transmission, transfer case, differentials).
1.5F engine with newer, recently rebuilt OEM carburetor. Engine bay is incredibly clean with preserved protectants to maintain "character" and "authentic" asthetics.
3 on the floor with 2WD + 4WD. Slight clutch shudder out of 1st. Fork can be accessed through inspection widow if it's of interest to make the manual adjustment. I haven't taken the time.
BRAKES, SUSPENSION, WHEELS, TIRES
Front end partially rebuilt in the fall of 2021. Drum brakes resurfaced and new brake cylinders installed. Master cylinder has been rebuilt.
Old Man Emu Suspension with 2 inch lift, Old man Emu steering stabilizer.
Gray-painted 15-inch 60 series steel OEM wheels with 32x12.5 mud terrain tires.

- FJ60 Front Disk Brakes for conversion
- Electric Power Steering with adjustable assist, steering tie rod pieces, lines, coolant line and hardware for conversion
- OEM Fuel Pump
