I can't really afford it, but in for pics!

I don't know but have sent your link above to the owner. Sure looks like the same vehicle so it wouldn't surprise me at all. Thanks for the heads-up. Yes, absolutely spotless. I, too, wish I had the disposable cash to make it mine but it's not in the cards. Thanks again for your link.

I have to say it looks nice, but 40,000.00 might be a little steep. I just saw another one on cruizers.com for 26,000.00. It seems like the trucks have not taken off in value like some of the FJ40's have. Very nice truck though.

26K for a clapped out ole SA farm truck with a bed from a 75 series on it, add the custom rattle can paint job over the gallons of bondo..more like 10-12K....

the green 74 is very very nice restored truck with all the correct bits and its done by Chris Wade. I dont think the price is far off.

Did anyone ever decide if Chris actually restored it? I didn't see where he replied.

If it was his truck it was restored 6-7 years ago. I'm not sure how recent the photos were taken, but condition changes a lot in 6 years. Regardless, I was thinking mid 30 range. You never know though. Enter it in an auction, pay huge fees and see what happens. It is a nice looking truck.

I have a similar 'Frame up' restored truck that I am looking to sell, It is a 76 Diesel, looking for 30 K

Why don't you start your own thread instead of hijacking this one? You may also want to include pictures, details, location and contact info.
