1974 FJ 40 alternator wiring

Hello,
I am upgrading my 74' alternator to an internally regulated alternator with a kit that I bought from Coolerman (the GOAT). My 3 prong connector had three wires white blue, white green and white red. Which wires would connect to his adapter pictured here (white red and yellow)?

Correction three pin connector has white green, white blue and white black.
