Includes back cover which has been de-rusted and primed. Does not include the little screws that attach the back cover to the seat frame - you'll need to reuse yours or buy the jump seat screw kit from Cruiser Corps or someone else.

As I am posting I realize I do not picture the bottom of the seat cover - I have it (also cleaned and primed) and can send picture to interested buyer.
