1971 FJ40 Priced to sell - $9,000
Need to move and can't take it with me - $9,000 OBO !!!!!!
Though I hate to its time to cut back on the toys. I have a very nice 1971 FJ40 with too many upgrades to list. (Also, I’m not even sure what’s there – bought the truck and never had a complete list of what the previous owner had added – long story!) However I do know a few details.
Stock engine & transmission with a floor shifter and OVERDRIVE
New (rebuilt) Aisain carb (4 months old)
Air locker rear
New exhaust
Full hardtop with original doors
Canvas doors
Dual Batteries
Disc brake conversion
Good 33-inch tires with spare
Very heavy duty tire and gas can holder
Set up for and comes with tow bar
Winch
Nice stereo
New dash
Passed emissions with flying colors last January (Short story – The kid doing the test came over and congratulated me “since most older 'Jeeps' have trouble passing Arizona emissions!” ☺ I did inform him of his error.
Truck located in Queen Creek, Arizona. Asking $9,000 OBO and will throw in some spare parts.
