Meet Opal, she is a 08/1970 FJ40. I have had this rig for about 15 years. the motor was rebuilt just before I got it. I love this girl but she needs an owner that can show her off and give her the attention she deserves. She has been sitting a lot of that time, I drive her in the warmer weather. She runs great and is fun to drive, she is Capri Blue and has beautiful patina. She is almost all original. I had seats reupholstered to baby blue. I have a set of newly made rear jumpseats, still in the box. Has hard top and doors. I have a bikini top for her, used one summer.
Original inline 6 motor, 3 speed on the column manual transmission. 2 gas tanks. New tires and new spare. New brake booster and master cylinder, and clutch slave cylinder. New tie rod ends. New radiator hoses. Dash cover. Warn wench on front bumper. Minimal surface rust. Shop manuals included. Driver side window track does not work.
