Gas tank is fine its rust free. i had it steamed cleaned at the local radiator shop because it had old gas but no rust. The rear sill has rust but and the corners but the rear floor is in good shape. Frame is clean too. Lived in idaho its whole life. Only reason i am selling is to finish my 65 fj40. There is little to no rust on the doors underside and the hardtop is solid. Its a clean car. Just have too many projects.

You do have me intrigued. How’s the surface rust on the frame? I also noticed your transmission hump doesn’t have a cut out for the transfer case.

The frame is fine very very light surface rust. Holes need to be cut for transmission and transfer case. I was going to get a pattern before i made the cuts. I actually have a later model trans tunnel with the cuts made already on it, but i think you have to stick to an earlier model transmission hump to fit. I have a 65 that has been converted to floor shift so i was just going to make a template off that.

What's up with the roof cap? I have not seen anything like that before.

Its called snow, it snows in utah. Florida doesnt get much snow.
I wondered the same thing. There are so many crazy modifications out there, and the color matched, I thought someone added headroom.

Making some more progress will have the brakes wrapped up here soon. Wilwood front disc brakes 4 piston and monte carlo rear disc. Just waiting on some longer studs to put in and the brakes will be done.

Also added a warn front bumper and warn 8274 winch. Still open to trades, 80, 100 or 200 series and cash on my end.
