Really hate to sell it, but have too many 40's and other projects and need the room!

$4k or BO or trade

1964 (titled as a 1965) Toyota FJ-40 Land Cruiser
chevy straight 6 (almost identical to the original F motor)
starts great, runs great, drives great!
3 speed tranny and tcase
hubs are great, 4 wheel drive engages and works great, had it up to Yankee Hill area recently. Did better than a couple of newer jeeps. :)
VERY rare auxiliary gas tank
overall in awesome shape. Only rust is small area at left rear corner, a tiny bit under the driver side door, and the front of the wheel wells inside the tub. Everywhere else is virtually rust free.
Original split bench seat in great shape, but the driver's seat does need recovering. Rear has original and rare long jump seats. The bench seat in the pics is just for my boy's car seats and is not included.
Has a new battery, fuel pump, wiring, starter (rare and very expensive), fuel lines, new original front turn signals and rear brake lights (also not cheap)

Overall a great running, fun to drive, very original early Landcruiser. Would be easy to restore to 1964 original, or update with a 350, disc brakes, 4 speed, etc. In fact I can help you with parts, I have a whole garage full of FJ40, FJ55, FJ45, etc parts.

I drive this to work a couple of days a week, so call or email to see it in Denver.

^ My goodness! That looks like the USAF trucks we used to roll around on the flight line back in my KC-10 days!
