those running boards had a tread type rubber on the top.. Just fyi.. looking awesome. Wish I was heading that direction.

When I sand blasted the 63 side steps it erased that textured rubber that Toyota installed from factory. I will be painting the side steps dune beige code 416 with a textured beige on the top of running board. Hope it comes out nice

will post pics soon,

ordered my brake booster adaptor as I have installed front disc brakes, 1 week till till it arrives

hopefully going to place the 63 fj45 cab on the frame THATS if I get another set of hands this weekend.

Rad is now installed, new hoses, brake lines x 4 ordered,

once the cab is placed on frame I will re install my 77 electrical harness.

maybe just maybe I will get to start it this weekend. Owned it for almost a yr now and still havnt turned it over. Anticipation is killing me.

jt outfitters has the booster adaptor, it was around 60 $ + shipping to Canada. so like 100 with brokerage. Kinda a waste of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ big time, but will save me time in the end, I should have made something instead. just my advice

my advice is to read up on JT outfitters before buying anything from them.
