14 LX570 squealing sound from front wheel area after brake job continuing for 4k miles

Wondering if this sound is familiar to anyone any ideas of cause. 2014 LX570 factory wheels Michelin defenders no mods. Persistent squealing sound from drivers front wheel area started after had local Toyota dealer replace pads and machine rotors w Blake fluid done as well about 4k miles ago. Mileage is about 195k. They’ve taken a look and can’t find any issues can’t replicate it at the shop.
Appreciate any ideas you guys might have.

I had similar thing when I did my brakes

Long embarrassing story short, I had slightly bent the dust shield when I muscled the wheels back on, dust shield was rubbing ever so slightly

Check that first, they bend VERY easily and the fix is Free
