12HT oil gauge low while idling?

The oil gauge on my HJ60 with a 12HT shows about ¼ while idling, but goes up to ½ while driving. Oil level seems to be fine per the dipstick. Is this something to worry about, or perfectly normal behaviour?

This is entirely normal for a 12HT or a 2H.

FSM shows oil pressure can be as low as 4.3 psi when idling. That's not much.
