That's a good ?. Look on BMRA's website. I know minors go but not sure if they can drive. I see no reason why it should be a problem.
so ive found myself in a situation

"Minors (those under the age of 18) are not allowed on any TMTC premises (including BMRA) without adult supervision. The minor's legal parent/guardian must sign a waiver on-site for a minor to attend, watch, ride, or participate.

If a child is attending, watching, riding or participating with a responsible adult other than their legal parent/guardian, they must have on file (1) a copy of the TMTC waiver signed by their legal parent/guardian (if not signed on premises it must be notarized), and (2) a Notarized Letter stating that the minor has the right to be on the premises and participate in motorized recreation with the adult who is responsible for them.

In addition, TMTC strongly suggests that any responsible adult in charge of any minor carry with them either a notarized Temporary Guardianship or Medical Release Form for each minor in their care should an emergency should arise."

i want to go, but i do not know if my dad will be able to..... i would need someone to sign as a "guardian" that is at the event
and i turn 18 in june :cool::cool::cool:

Where are you located?

is a guardian anyone over 18?
i have a 18 year old friend who could substitute lol

Excellent... see if you and your dad can attend the TTR regular meeting on March 12th (Facebook event). I'm sure we can work it out for to be able to attend Jambo. We may be able to do the paperwork ahead of time, but I have to check on some things on if we can.

as for paperwork, he is a notary and can notarize if needed

Bayou City Land Cruisers will be making an appearance with about 5 trucks, mostly Land Cruisers

turns out anyone over 18 can be my guardian

looks like friend can be my guardian

Neative ghost rider. A guardian is someone who has a legal responsibility for you. In your case, your father or mother.

Correct, but the website talks about having someone if you dont have parents. i emailed BMRA and they said with the correct paper work done, anyone 18 and older can suffice
would this work?

I'm afraid not. We contract with BMRA to close the park. Our insurance has different requirements and provisions that BMRA does not. Make sense?

How many 40's are signed up?

We really only have a handful of 40s registered. I'd love to see more attend. BMRA is set up great for classic rigs as much as newer models
