Hey guys, this will be my first event in my own rig,78 40, been working like crazy to get ready and looking forward to meeting everyone. Will be driving up from manassas, Va. Long drive for the forty but hopefully it will be ready. Plan on camping at the pavilion and sounds like i do not need to make arrangements if thats the case, right?

Correct. I'm driving up from KY, so I feel your pain.;p

There will be a group of people heading up route 15 to 81 from the Warrenton and Winchester areas if you want to caravan with others on Wed. And you are correct that you don't need to make reservations to camp in the group pavilion area.

Is it an issue for someone to register as a driver when they might not be bringing their own truck?

Is there anyone that is heading up early Thur. morning from the Manassas area ?
I went ahead and paid Judy for 3 nights stay in the pavilion. Did I do right or did I screw up

This list is people that respond on the forum that they are going. It is not confirmation that anything has been received and some of these people may not even register.

The officers do live here, though, if you sent your stuff in and you're worried about confirmation and post up, someone who knows will answer.

I'll add you to the list in the first post.
