100 series weird electrical gremlins

Howdy! I've been dealing with some crazy electrical gremlins. Vehicle locked in park, ABS OFF VSC OFF TRAC VSC OFF lights on dash. No Tail-lights, No power windows, No power door locks and the powered seats don't work!? Ive checked all the fuses, car battery shows 12.5v ground points in engine bay appear to be good. When I turn my headlight switch to any position the Brights are stuck on. I cannot get them to turn off. Anyone experience this before? I fixed a water ingress problem last year, sunroof leak and A Pillar leak and this problem went away promptly. Any guidance would be appreciated, Ive been digging in the forums and cant find much. Thanks!
 
12.5v at the battery terminals when not running is marginal, IMO.

It'd be good to get behind the glovebox and see if you have any corrosion or signs of previous water ingress.
 
Based on your signature you're in MT, meaning a LHD vehicle, that makes the right fuse box pretty much non removable, unless you're up for a dash off job. You can remove connectors and some fuses, but there's 3 or 4 relays on the back (thanks Toyota!) that are not accessible w/o removal of the jump box.
I'm planning that job in my mind, and considering my mind isn't the quickest, I guess I'll get to it by 2059..

Driver's side is removable, still a PITA. Don't have the manuals in front of me to see the fuses and relays that power these items, but plan for a whole afternoon of finger pain and back aches.
Removing the seat might be beneficial, 4 bolts and a couple connectors and you get some wiggle room.. good luck!

Few years ago, I had a clogged drain on the right side and it flooded my secondary ECU behind the glovebox. My symptoms were a little more severe, only headlights and taillights worked, everything else was off.
