Originally it was $7k. I don't think that included the rack, lights or tent. Now he is saying $8500 including everything. I think you could get it for $7500.

Looks like it, but could be the angle. I'm going to try and go look at it this week.
Looks matte black of some sort to me.
Paint the bumpers and side trim body color and you're good to go!

Would an aftermarket cat cause an intermittent CEL? The owner of the black LC said the dealership told him due to the aftermarket cat, the CEL will come on every now and then. He says it's on for a few weeks and off for a few weeks. I do see in Toyota owners that the dealership put an aftermarket cat so I have no reason not to believe him.
