I bought this lift from Slee, I installed on my LX470(no armored) and after 25 miles, I decide to remove it and still using the AHC lift, so, the part are in excellent conditions and just 25 miles on it.

How much lift did it provide, I have 2000, 100 series I've been considering doing some mods on.

Does the lift have a medium or heavy designation?

it will provide ~ 2" - 2.5", the rear springs are rated like heavy, check this info form the Slee site

Slee Rear Springs-SOF2RH | 2" | 300-500 lbs.

Regarding the tbar it is hard to say, because the same ones are used for medium and heavy lift
