I replaced the brake fluid reservoir in July 2020, only to have to order a whole master cylinder assembly that comes with a brake fluid reservoir. I installed the new master cylinder assembly on 9/12/20, so just under 2 months use, and probably only a few hundred miles at most.
$70 shipped (Con US), or $70 you pick up. I'm in the northern part of Los Angeles (Santa Clarita)
You don't need to pull the master cylinder off to swap the reservoir, but you do need some tubing and a syringe or something to pull as much fluid out as you can, so that it doesn't create too much of a mess when you pull it off.
You can also bleed the reservoir through one of your brake lines, and the freshen up your brake fluid. You know it's been a while since the brakes had fresh fluid
You will need to bleed the brakes after swapping reservoirs anyway.
