07 V8 @ 200k: is this a valve cover leak or cam seal leak?

Noticed some oil staining on the front passenger side of the engine. It is difficult to tell if it is leaking from the valve cover or the cam seals.

I know the timing cover leaks are common on the V8 but am not sure of their typical source.

Any insight?

Would you consider re-torquing the valve cover bolts, cleanup and observe for more leaking in the future?

Yes I will re-torque them today. Looks like factory spec is only 7ft-lbs.
