Ok, I have spent an hour plus searching thru old threads looking for the post someone made of their tailgate interior skin. I’m curious what thickness of aluminum they used. Anybody care to help a brother out? Thanks! Dave

Riveted hinge on a prototype tailgate storage lid.

Working on the Back Bay Customs 80 storage lid prototype. This is laser cut 3/16" aluminum with flush, metric hardware, riveted hinge, locking Southco latches, limit strap and will be available in two powdercoated finishes.

This is one of the prototype storage lids we are designing and manufacturing for the FJ80. Two, micro texture powdercoat colors will be avalible soon.
