glow plugs

Hi all, I've got a 1985 BJ70 that after having a new alternator installed and returning from a big trip seems to have lost the ability to pre heat. I'm living in far north Queensland, Australia so I don't have the rough cold morning starts but its still having a rough time in the mornings...
