air conditioner

Got my FJ80 recently and now that it’s summer I’m noticing when the truck is in idle the AC doesn’t blow cold. When it’s moving it blows cold so I’m wondering if this could be as easy as adding refrigerant or does this sound like a compressor issue? Thanks in advanced.
