I did an ACSD delete today on my 1991 HDJ81, not as simple as some have eluded to. Got it done thought and I recorded it because I couldn't find a decent video showing everything. I'll post the link once I get it edited and uploaded to the YouTubes.

while cleaning out my garage I found a stash of ACSD blanking plates I drew up in CAD and laser cut. They are 5mm 6061 aluminum. Anyone see a problem with this vs steel? I had one on my last diesel cruiser before i sold it and all my spares. It seemed to work just fine but I didn’t have any...
