1999 UZJ100 Build Up Thread

I'm in the process this weekend to do a build up of a 1999 UZJ100. I have obtained copious amounts of parts from sleeoffroad and other fine establishements. In this thread you will witness all phases of the process via images and text. Enjoy! Phase 1 this weekend. Lift and Armor.

Suspension
-OME Heavy Suspension Lift (done)
-New OME Torsion bars (done)
-OME Front Shocks (done)
-Rear 863 Coils (done)
-N74L Rear Shocks (done)
-Slee Drop Differential bracket (done)

Body Armor
-Slee Tube Sliders (done)
-Slee Rear bumper with tire carrier (done)
-TJM T3 Classique Steel Front Bumper w/winch

Gears
-4.88 Ring and pinion
-ARB Front Locker

Accessories
-Slee dual battery tray
-Wrangler NW 200amp Solenoid and cables
-Non-USA auxillary tank
-Warn XD90000 Winch

Tires and Wheels
-315/75/16 MTR or Open Country MTs(done)
-Stock Wheels

100 buildup

When you get setup, we should hit a trail w/ our 100's! Not too many built late model cruisers in the NW.

Wow, thats a lot of new parts.
I would not want to of gotten that bill.
Thats also quite the build for one weekend.

Make sure to post before and after pics.

I have always likes 100 series trucks.
I look forward to seeing the end result.

Running Board Removal

Here is the Driver Side running board removed. 13mm and 10mm Sockets required

Note the mounting brackets all brackets have two fastners except for the furthest one.

You have to force the running boards toward the vehicle and under this lip
