Go to a speedometer shop and ask for a ratio converter. It fits between the speedo cable and the transfer. Some can make one just by you specifying your transfer and diff ratio, others make you drive over a certain distance and ask you the odometer reading.

I've bought two cruiser ratio boxes for them.
Otherwise Toyota carries a gamut of ratios from 2.5 to 1 to 3.6 to 1 for the split case. In North America not all ratios are available (as usual). Ask cruiserdan what he can get you.
