Coming out of my 40, and set up for double triangulated 4-link. The hybrid axle was built by Proffitt's using pre-IFS mini-truck axle tube and shafts, WMS is equal to factory 40 WMS. Brand new disc brakes using Sky Manufacturing caliper brackets. Barnes 4WD Ford 9" truss, Barnes 4WD integrated lower link/coil spring (for Jeep TJ front coils) mounts, TMR Customs coil spring retainers and alignment/anti-crush rings, Ruff Stuff link tabs for the uppers. Ruff Stuff diff cover, new oem diff gaskets, new oem 3rd member studs. New Dorman wheels studs and lug nuts. Locked with a brand new Aussie.
The truss was welded professionally to prevent warping of the axle housing. The setup has zero miles on it in its current configuration.
$900, located in western NY. Shipping is possible, but the buyer is responsible for all costs/logistics/pickup. I would consider driving a little ways to help with delivery, if "local", for the cost of fuel.
