Up for sale is a swing out tire carrier for the rear cross member of any 80 series of my own design.
The carrier bolts to the 4 factory holes in the cross member and requires two additional 3/8" holes be drilled. I designed this carrier and sold a few and had the intention of putting them into production, but my time did not allow it. This particular carrier was the first example from a production partner shop that pulled out prior to beginning volume production and has been on my truck for the last year. It is powder coated (some minor chips), and has a 1000 lb greasable spinde with conical bearings, a 2000 Lb latch, and spring loaded pin to lock the carrier open. Receiver hitch is part of the setup, the actual hitch and ball not included.

Selling for two reasons, I recently had a fender bender (did not touch the carrier - pics taken yesterday below) that allows me to order a new rear end armor bumper - so the rear cross member is being cut off, and I need the money quickly to work a deal on a new front bumper.
Price: $450 plus shipping if required. (Shipping UPS ground will average $85 based on the previous six I built and sold.) Paypal or cash in hand takes it.
