    BFG KO2 285/75r17

Hmmmm. I hadn't thought about that aspect, but obviously a good point. I meant to mention that I plan on stiffer/longer springs for the front, and when I get to that I may as well just do a lift and go to 35s. That makes me want to address it sooner rather than later.

    BFG KO2 285/75r17

To be clear, I'm running 70s, not 75s, mostly because that's what @gaijin said Toyota recommends, and we should listen.... To answer questions - pic is below. I think the bumper and the winch really bring down the front a lot - it was a noticeable change driving and looking at it. Tires are...

    BFG KO2 285/75r17

I run the same wheels/tires in my stock suspension 2014, and I definitely have rub at full lock (to the right) when backing in to my driveway. That's the only time I've ever noticed it, and it's so minor, I've ignored it. You can see the extent of the damage of a few k miles over the last 10...

TJM T13 Bull bar installed - Lots of pics

I'm trying to finish up my install today. I noticed at least 2 others in this thread (posts 158, 159 TJM T13 Bull bar installed - Lots of pics) have hole alignment issues for the underbody guard (skid plate). Mine aren't even close, and I'm assuming now that no one's line up properly. What...

    yes its another TPMS question

I'm in a similar situation and I just swapped back to my stock wheels yesterday. I was expecting to have to go through this when they didn't register right away. I finished inflating them (with the car running) and they just showed up. I didn't do anything at all, just waited. This probably...

    cracked rock warriors (replacements?)

First shows the two cracks, the one on the left is worse. Second shows the gap in the crack, and the third is a closeup of this. There's a dark gray goop on both - a lame bandaid attempt?

    cracked rock warriors (replacements?)

Last November I found what looked like a decent set of RWs, bought some KO2s and had them mounted. I've been driving them everyday on the highway since then, no off road (sadly), for about 10k miles, maybe less. My right rear started going low, and I checked for nails/screws (common reason for...

2017 LC windows fogging up, dealer can't find the problem. *****UPDATE*************

Just wanted to say thanks, I now know why my windows fog up. It happens so rarely I figured it was just perfect circumstances or something, but still very annoying. I went out and checked, and my '14 only works in one direction. I'm not sure if it's worth trying to fix it, but at least I know...

    front bumper install difficulty

I like the Trail Tailor a LOT, but I'm not sure if I can swing the shipping $$$ out this way. @KLF I may just take you up on that. I've been looking at the TJM as well, especially if I can pick one up local, which I think I can. Thanks for the offer! And thanks for the info everyone - great...

    front bumper install difficulty

Had my first unintentional offroad incident yesterday, forcing me to look at new front bumpers sooner than I had planned. And I guess winches too.... How hard is the install for most common front bumpers? Is it something a reasonably competent DIYer can do in an afternoon with all the right...

magnetic 3rd row seat release issue

Thanks - this helped. I figured that was more of an assembly than a plastic panel, but boy do I hate pulling on those trim pieces without knowing exactly what's behind there, especially when it's cold out. For the record, the bottom section hooks in under a metal bar, so it must be pried from...

magnetic 3rd row seat release issue

Hey all - not sure what that thing is called, but the little magnet that holds the handle/strap that releases the 3rd row seat back came off on my 2014 the other day. As far as I know it was never loose, but started rattling and by the time my kids told me about it, it was off. I tried...

SQOD Squad - Stupid Question Of the Day

Didn't want to start a new thread, and this could be a completely stupid question, so I'm putting it here. I'm expecting some RWs to come any day now. I need lug nuts. I can get PTR27-60110 from Amazon for $175...

    300 series revealed?

Excuse my drunk ass rambling response. I look at overhead power as a bonus, in computers, in stereos, in cars. You don't use it most of the time, but when you need it, it's there, and you love it, and you love knowing it's there. I've owned 2 V8s, and a bunch of inline and flat 4s - non, low...

Seat Heater Crisis /A Critical Accesory

Not disagreeing with TonyP, but my guess would be one of the relays. Caps and everything else look fine.
