Hi guys, it's fixed. I feel very dumb and apologize for making it more complicated than needed. I did check all the fuses before but never rechecked after replacing the fuse Link. I believe when I pluged the replaced the link I had the key on and it blew the main engine fuse. Replaced that fuse...

And it is open all the time. Just closes when I start it

Just checked it and it doesn't move when key is in acc or run

I don't believe so, I'll double check in the morning though

I replaced the relay with a few different ones I got from the wreckers and the same result. I also took the corresponding fuses out and nothing changed. But they all have the correct power

Yep everything is all good in there, and I checked the circuit breakers as well just in case and they are working.
