Thanks for the replies guys, maybe its just a characteristic of the car. Eibach never responded, my claim was sent in based on what the Toyota dealer said. I'm actually selling the truck after 5 years since its a third vehicle and I dont have any use for it.
Guys, quick update.
I switched the passenger side instead of the driver side. After I swapped the driver side with "89465-60150" the lights haven't been back.

I've had my 2004 GX470 for 5 years. At 135K my rear airbags failed so I replaced the entire suspension with the Eibach Lift Kit (part# 369-E80590050122). The truck now has 175K miles on it and the rear end feels unstable at times, like randomly it feels like it swings back and forth...
Yeah the part number was correct "89465-60150", it was the same as the o2 sensor I pulled off from the factory.
So yeah maybe it is the driver side. Gonna check this weekend.
Ok, took it to the Toyota dealer, it they said it was all caused by "P0031" code which was due to an O2 sensors, precat/ passenger side. They also wanted $750 to swap it! I said no thanks bought the part "89465-60150". It literally took 15 mins to swap out. Cleared the code, 8 miles later the...

This is happening on my 04 GX, 176K. Truck runs perfect, not sure why these are showing up. I did clear the code and they came back on within 1 mile of driving.
Price lowered to $800 firm for pickup.
$150 for the spacers.
